Holly Borso, Director of Special Services: I/DD

Holly is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Developmental Disabilities Mental Health Professional (DDMHP) in Washington State. She has been with 98É«»¨Ìà since 2017, where she started as an Administrator for our Evaluation and Treatment and Transitional Diversion programs in Olympia, WA, and was promoted to Regional Director of Operations in 2018. Before joining 98É«»¨ÌÃ, Holly was hired by Western State Hospital to create Habilitative Mental Health Units to serve those dually diagnosed with Intellectual disabilities and Acute Mental Illness where she served as a Clinician, Social Worker and Habilitative Plan Administrator. Holly stayed with the State and promoted to serve as a Licensing and Certification Manager overseeing first outpatient providers and then the initial licensing of more than 100 Applied Behavioral Analysis Washington providers in partnership with the Health Care Authority.
