Mickey is responsible for the system-wide strategic direction of human resources, aligned with 98É«»¨ÌÃ’s long-term vision and mission.
Mickey brings over 25 years of progressive Human Resources experience to 98É«»¨ÌÃ. Most recently, Mickey served as the CHRO at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, with HR leadership responsibility for over 11,000 associates in over 60 countries world-wide. He has also held roles of progressive responsibility in several Fortune 500 companies, including The Mosaic Company, American Standard, Unilever, and International Paper.
Mickey is a champion for corporate responsibility and has served on committees for the United Way, Habitat for Humanity, Rights of Passage (mentorship program), and Feed My Starving Little Children.
Mickey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kean University in New Jersey, a Master of Arts in Labor Relations from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. Mickey also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.
Mickey and his family reside in Fullerton, California.
