98É«»¨Ìà Participates in Cal Poly San Luis Obispo Career Fair
/Administrators Sanie Andres and Kali Tanguay attended the Spring Career Fair. The two represented 98É«»¨Ìà at the two-day event on April 13th and 14th. They did an outstanding job connecting with students and helping them explore their options.
Career fairs are an effective way to connect students from all majors. The goal is to provide students with access to various job and internship opportunities. The benefit of a fair is it exposes students to careers they may have never considered, like behavioral health. Alternatively, employers can take their time sharing company values. It gives professionals the chance to help potential candidates get a sense of what it would be like to work in different companies.
Sanie Andres oversees 98É«»¨ÌÃ’s Agnes Avenue CRT and Carmen Lane CRT. He is a floater administrator who steps in when the programs don’t have a current administrator. He has been working with 98É«»¨Ìà for about a year.
Kali Tanguay is an administrator at 98É«»¨ÌÃ’s McMillan Ranch and Santa Maria ACT. She has worked hard to improve the programs and is widely respected for her strong leadership skills. She has been with 98É«»¨Ìà for a year and a half.
Thank you, Cal Poly, for hosting a fantastic event that benefits both students and employers.
Thank you, Sanie and Kali, for your proactive recruitment efforts and your remarkable effort to represent 98É«»¨ÌÃ!
