Congratulations Ginger Goubeaux, King County E&T's New Administrator!

We are thrilled to announce that Ginger Goubeaux, our much-valued Clinical Director, was promoted to 98É«»¨ÌÃ's King County Evaluation and Treatment Center's new administrator. Her first day in her new role was February 22, 2022.
Ginger Goubeaux has served her community through both direct care and leadership positions. She has 14 years of experience in social services and previously worked in a shelter in Ohio for over a decade. Ginger's work focuses on the needs of people who have been marginalized and lack essential resources for health and recovery. She has shown exemplary project management skills and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic settings. Ginger builds strategic alliances in both inter-agency and in the community and interfaces effectively at all levels of the organization.
Ginger will now oversee our King County Evaluation and Treatment Center, which provides acute services to adults 18 years and older diagnosed with a severe mental illness. 98É«»¨Ìà operates the program in partnership with . The program helps individuals who have referrals primarily from local hospital emergency services, community providers, or designated mental health professionals get intensive, short-term, acute-level support in a structured and comfortable recovery setting.
We are thrilled to have Ginger in this new role. Her kindness to the people she serves is a fantastic framework for the leadership role she takes on. Her deep knowledge of small and large-scale social justice issues to drive quality care is a great insight to have, and we are excited to see the great work she will do.
