98色花堂's Los Angeles Older Adults Full Service Partnership (LAOA FSP) is a behavioral health program that connects people with housing, education, and mental health services. The team at LAOA met member, Mr. Randle, in 2021. He was experiencing homelessness and needed help finding mental health services.
